Ironreach Dominion
Ironreach Dominion asks you to think like a logistics officer, not a general. You're less about winning big battles and more about making sure your outposts don't starve when winter rolls in. It's a strategy game with real texture, and the seasonal system genuinely changes how you plan from one in-game month to the next.
The touch interface is well thought out — you drag supply routes with a finger and the game shows you projected shortfalls before you commit. That preview feature saved me from a lot of dumb decisions. Combat exists but it's almost a punishment for bad planning rather than the main event.
It's not fast, and it won't be for everyone. But if you like strategy that rewards patience and reading spreadsheets of grain, this one quietly delivers.
