Tiny Harbor Days
★★★★☆ 4.1
Tiny Harbor Days is the comfort food of this list. You run a little port, upgrade docks, meet the boat captains who drift in, and slowly turn a sleepy pier into a bustling harbor. There's no failure state worth worrying about, which is exactly the point.
Progression is gentle and tactile — you tap to collect catches, reinvest, expand. The writing for the harbor regulars is warmer than it needs to be, and I found myself caring whether old Captain Morel's boat got repaired. It's the small touches that keep it going.
It does lean on timers, and that's my main caveat; if you dislike waiting for buildings to finish, this won't win you over. For everyone else it's a lovely wind-down game.
